Welcome to Premier Picking
Over the past number of years there has been increased pressure on Mushroom farms to reduce costs, increase quality and make picking a more attractive job proposition by increasing the pickers ability to earn more money.
With extensive hands-on skills and experience, Premier Picking is perfectly positioned to help all manner of mushroom enterprises achieve these goals.
In recent times Dermot has been helping companies to implement “Lean” manufacturing, as well as “Six Sigma” management methodology concepts, into their Mushroom farm operations.
This is proving highly successful as we continue to bring our clients’ farms up to the level of high tech modern manufacturing units.
